Florida Sunshine Insurance is a family-owned and operated business specializing in your insurance needs right here in Sanford, Florida. Our philosophy is to inform consumers about our products, based on their needs and show them what to look for when researching their personal or business insurance solutions. We hire our team members from our local community, which we feel is an important aspect to the consumer. We treat each customer as we would like to be treated,, and strive to create a relationship that will last a lifetime.
  
What is our biggest challenge?
Relaying to the consumer that our company is not your typical “insurance company.” We provide complete service from the initial visit either by phone, internet or in person through consultation, needs awareness, complete product line offerings and then service after the sale.

We stay optimistic about the future because we offer multiple solutions for homes, autos,  and business needs.  We are about providing quality service. Fifty-five percent of our business is repeat and word-of-mouth business.  We strive to set ourselves apart from being just another local Sanford insurance agency.  We feel that by educating our customers and listening to their needs and wants, we can arrive at a solution that best suits their needs. Our business is constantly growing and we are growing with it to provide the services our customers deserve.  We set goals and stay focused.  Whatever we do, we always look at it through the eyes of the customer.  Seeing the smile on our customer’s face when they know they are properly covered because they FINALLY understand what their insurance product is suppose to do for them.
